From hippy to Mormon by way of UB
(Anonymous)
"Here, this book is for you" was my introduction to The Revelation from
a true San Francisco hippy-type gal that had never read a word of it!
She said she bought it from a book store (at a sizable expense for her)
'because it had a heavy vibe.'.
That was 1968, and I'm even more enthusiastic today. It validates (for
me, at least) Mormonism and after joining the Morman Church in 1978,
has made all the difference in the world. I wouldn't trade any of it
for anything.
May I suggest starting at page 21 and just reading it through? For many
years I skipped around and missed out on just a lovely adventure that I
only discovered since last year. I always now look at the authorship
before beginning a paper and have developed much more of an
appreciation for that personality.
